​Before becoming a photographer, Mathilde trained at the prestigious Ferrandi Paris and worked as a pastry chef for several years. This experience sharpened her eye for detail, texture, and presentation. She now, brings these qualities into her food photography to create images that feel as carefully crafted as the dishes themselves.
